Job description
The Marketing Assistant will develop, implement and maintain marketing campaigns. They will contribute to the Brokers success by providing support across various marketing initiatives, helping to maintain brand visibility and support lead generation in the Business Brokerage field.
· Proficiency in Mailchimp (or similar email and digital campaign design program).
· Experience w/ Canva (or similar design software).
· Experience w/ Adobe Acrobat
· Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and marketing concepts.
· Familiarity w/ SmartLeads or Similar Lead Gen Platforms
· Familiarity w/ AccuLeads for building mail lists.
· Familiar w/ email best practice and SPAM rules.
· Familiarity/Experience w/ LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Real Estate experience desirable.
