Job description

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume upscale or fine dining establishments
- Demonstrated track record of success, showing progression and tenure within the industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extensive knowledge of fine food and wine, with ServSafe and TABC certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee a team of up to 40 staff members, providing daily coaching and guidance
- Drive and build sales through strategic initiatives and guest experience enhancements
- Support P&L management and financial objectives
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth within the local community
