Job description

a. 12 years plus minimum experience in software testing and minimum of 5

years as Test Admin/ Architect in Tosca

b. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a

team and in collaboration with different teams

c. Other Strengths required are # Customer centricity, Innovative Thinking,

Agility, and Intercultural Sensitivity

d. Minimum of 3 years experience in Tricentis TOSCA is mandatory

e. Relevant certifications in Tricentis Tosca are a plus

f. Hand-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and

monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools

g. Strong knowledge of popular cloud computing platforms

h. Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team

i. Project management experience leading testing engagements

j. Good understanding on Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing

concepts, Agile methodology and Knowledge on cloud Infrastructure and

database concepts

k. Should be able to grasp concepts quickly and appreciate implications of

decisions

l. Able to work well autonomously, with a focus on delivery

m. Experience in test process documentation and SDLC process adherence

n. Eagerness to learn and an aptitude for picking things up quickly

o. Should be able to implement automation strategy and guide the team.

p. Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and

hybrid) using the tools Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at

scripting/coding level

q. The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases,

including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation.

There will be a wide range of domains and test phases involved in this

role, including mobile app and accessibility testing.

r. Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product

by implementing Testing standards and processes

s. Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics

t. Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills
