Shift : Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 1 rotating Saturday per month, with 1 weekday off during the week, T,W,Th.
Location : On-site

Job Summary :
At Silencer Central, we believe that  Customers Integrity Winning. In this role, you will be expected to waive the customer service flag and provide the white glove treatment to every customer that calls in by giving full attention to what our customers are saying, taking time to understand the customer's reason for calling, and asking appropriate questions are paramount. Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions and make alternative recommendations to solve problems is essential.
