DSX Content Designer
Why We Have This Role
We're looking for a content designer and UX writer to help develop and strengthen the messaging across our digital support products and experiences. You know how words make a difference from the earliest, strategic design explorations through final positioning and launch messaging. This includes crafting landing pages, UI components, personalized content, tool tips, editorial content, and feature naming. You'll evangelize the power of simple, straightforward language, and balance significant long term product goals with short term tactical deliverables.
How You'll Find Success
In this role you will be responsible for digital support UX writing, including planning, creating, and maintaining technical learning content as an integral part of the product launch process and ongoing user experience. The content is often in the form of documentation, but may also be UI text, sample code, or other educational material. Regardless of the content medium, technical writers are distinguished by their skill in explaining complex topics in a way that is useful to their audience, which is enabled by their ability to deeply understand complex technical functionality and collaborate across Product Engineering, Product Management, and UX.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. For part-time or intern positions, this pay range is for base pay per hour. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
