Key Responsibilities+ Supervise a team of approximately 5 configuration management professionals located in Glendale, AZ. This is a hybrid role – 3 days/per week in office and the other 2 can be work from home if desired.
+ Provide direction to a technical team in the CMADS organization who execute Configuration Management (CM)/ Data Management (DM) services supporting various project milestones and delivery dates.
+ Provide guidance and direction that promotes employee development, using Honeywell’s HPD and GCP processes.
+ The Sr. Supervisor will interface with a broad range of internal/external customers to ensure timely delivery of CM / DM services.
+ Role is a mixture of management and hands-on workload management.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ High School Diploma
+ Configuration experience in the Aerospace industry
+ Leadership skills
WE VALUE+ Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Management
+ 2+ years’ experience leading a team.
+ Hands-on experience in Hardware/Software Configuration Management, and Data Management processes is highly desirable.
+ Experience working with our Product Life Cycle management tool called Teamcenter (Siemens product).
+ Strong understanding of Hardware/Software Configuration Management, and Data Management processes and tools
+ Strong people skills and team leadership experience
+ Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize work effectively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
