Job description

Our team at Plum Creek Veterinary Services is hiring for an associate DVM to join our hospital. We are a four-doctor practice located in the fun community of Castle Rock, just south of Denver. We have been open since 2009 and have a well-tenured team who loves to work together.

 

Our practice treats dogs and cats only, with no on call or after-hours requirements. Our support staff is well trained and they help us run a highly efficient practice. We see a nice volume of clients; not too many that we’re stressed, but enough to keep us busy.

 

Additionally, we will be relocating our practice in early 2025. We are moving one exit south and into a brand new, stand-alone 7,000 square foot building. It’s an incredible space and we can’t wait!

The Veterinarian is responsible for providing high quality care to our patients while also developing rapport with their owners. In addition to physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry, client communication and client education are of the upmost importance. It’s important that SVP Veterinarians treat each pet and client like part of the family.

 

Salary range of $90,000-$120,000/year with an average production percentage of 20-22%

Eligible DVMs will earn a bonus payout of up to 10% additional production in the month after contract renewal. The bonus rate will be determined by their contracted production rate and the amount of excess production. Here, you can earn a greater share of the success you help create. Maternity Leave
FULL PAY for four weeks. Because mamas deserve it. Plus short-term disability at 60% of your salary (six weeks for natural birth, eight weeks for C-section), and all still in addition to your PTO. (P.S. We definitely want baby pics when you’re ready to share!)
