Job Description:
You'll play a pivotal role in our journey by streamlining processes, generating financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks, and fortifying internal controls through your independent judgment and proactive approach. Your primary responsibilities will encompass general accounting, month-end and year-end closings, financial statement preparation, audit readiness, and insightful analysis of financial data. Additionally, you'll provide support in accounts payable, cash receipts, payroll, and 340B pharmacy operations while maintaining utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Desired Candidate Qualifications:

Required:

Proficiency in Excel and basic MS Office applications
Extensive experience in utilizing computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Ability to manipulate and comprehend complex data
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated capacity to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion
Other Relevant Qualifications:

Experience in the not-for-profit or healthcare sectors
Familiarity with auditing standards and federal compliance requirements
