Position: Sales Executive

Description:

Our company, a pioneering force in Africa's stablecoin industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role
Relevant tertiary qualification required
Experience in selling APIs
Proficiency in SaaS sales, preferably within enterprise software
Familiarity with the FinTech/Stablecoin industry is preferred
Excellent proficiency in MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is advantageous
Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Quick learner with a keen interest in sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs
Actively pursue new sales prospects through methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns
Develop and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services
Generate regular sales and financial reports for review
Ensure the availability of stock for sales demonstrations
Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate and close deals, handling any complaints or objections with professionalism
Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize sales performance
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement
