Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Support the global real estate / work place optimization programme.
Works closely with site leaders on updates, risk assessment and support requirements (we should discuss this further as we dont want to cause confusion or lose information at the site level- however, I can manage this with the individual and my team)
Support the CRE/Workplace Design team to update policies, validations, guidelines for ways of working that includes POs, RFPs, Vendor set-ups, document management, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
Accountable for senior management reporting
Works with senior Facility, Real estate, Procurement and HR teams on different options for real estate optimization including Lease review circulation
Aligns with change and communication teams and assure appropriate alignment
Aligns with finance on financial reporting, tracking and business case development

Requirements:
7+ years of project/programme management
Experience in real estate programmes and global projects
Worked in a 2B+ global corporations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, presentation development, excel, flow charts, teams, etc.

Note: This will be a hybrid position. Work time split between remote and occasional reporting to the site. Need candidates in EST time zone.
