Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 + Benefits, Bonus & Growth Potential
Our main mission is to serve the best BBQ across the Denver market. We’re passionate about providing our guests with a dining experience they won’t forget. We’ve worked hard to incorporate the best quality meats and freshest ingredients with homemade seasonings to create meals that make our customers want to come back for more. We have plans to expand in the Denver area and are searching for individuals who are passionate about high-quality food to match the high quality of service each guest receives.
Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: As a Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities would include the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met both in the front of house and the back of house. As Restaurant General Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. Recognizing that your team members are also eager to develop within their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our Management team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team and delighting every guest, every time.
