We are looking for a talented Engineer, EDP to join our team specializing in Engineering for our BUSINESS SEGMENT in Rochester Hill MI your remote home office.

Skills

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.

Post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Minimal work experience required. Preferred candidates would have relevant experience working in an temporary student employment, intern, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities.

Cummins-Meritor’s Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a three-year career development, rotational program that offers a broad range of experience in engineering opportunities. The EDP program is designed to providehigh-potential, recent graduates with an opportunity to develop their skillsetsto become a member of the strong core of talented engineers and engineeringleaders at Cummins-Meritor.

Employees in the Engineering EDP program will be part of an exciting and challenging rotational work experience. The program lasts for three years and consists of three, one-year rotations and may include an international or domestic assignment up to 12 months in duration.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
