Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Cleveland, Ohio is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities for this position include working closely with Canterbury’s Men’s Events, Women’s groups, and all outside outings. In addition to tournament responsibilities, he/she will be involved with golf shop operations, merchandising (each assistant will have an area of responsibility), adult and junior instruction, outings, and supervising outside staff. Regular practice and play with members are expected. The Professional should be dedicated to providing an exceptional golf experience to all members and guests. Willing to work with the candidate on the lenght of season, and assist in securing off-season employment at winter facility.
Requirements:
PGA Member or Associate preferred but not required.
Teaching Experience preferred but not required.
Execute high levels of customer service.
Strong verbal/written communication skills.
Commitment to delivering an exceptional golf experience.
Foster team building, promote teamwork and cooperation.
Compensation:
$27,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
