Job description

Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, you will be part of a team bringing the magic of Disney into homes around the world every day. Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing's (CPGP) marketing strategy team is responsible for developing compelling marketing programs for commercial priorities, and working with internal and external partners to optimise campaigns. As a storyteller, you will craft and implement strategies that connect with consumers in groundbreaking new ways.

You will have knowledge of the marketing drivers, a curiosity for data and improvement, and a desire to connect insights and your voice to champion change.

You will work with beloved franchises such as Mickey & Friends, Disney Princess, Disney's Frozen, and Pixar. A day with CPGP may begin with driving long-term global marketing planning, leading a global marketing Task Force on a campaign touching multiple lines of business, working with business leads to help craft a multi-year marketing plan, or providing strategic feedback to creative teams. Your experience with social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), digital (Ad-based, web, E-commerce), experiential, influencer, retail, and content-based marketing will help promote impactful and efficient marketing programs.

This position will report to the Director, Marketing Strategy.

#DPEPMarketing

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $148,700 to $199,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
