Job description
Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team. This individual will function as a key member of the Legal team, interacting cross-functionally to deliver top-quality, timely results. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills and will feel comfortable working with a variety of teams. This role will report to our General Counsel. This position is remote and based on the West coast.
Responsibilities- Support the Legal team on cross-functional projects such as clinical arrangements, commercial transactions, corporate and intellectual property matters.
- Partner and cultivate relationships across all departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Quality/Regulatory).
- Triage incoming contract requests, leveraging templates to draft contracts and ensuring efficiency and follow-up throughout the redlining and negotiation process as per a contract playbook.
- Manage all aspects of the IronClad database from contract execution to finalizing documentation (uploading and tagging agreements?).
- Generate workflows and reports to meet business needs, maintaining the repository and managing the contract lifecycle from start to finish.
- Experience reading, reviewing, and analyzing contract terms.
- Manage and implement existing legal technology solutions while implementing new ones.
- Provide general administrative support including compliance monitoring and tracking.
Required Qualifications:- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or related industry.
- MS Suite, Ironclad, and Salesforce required. Highly advanced Ironclad skills needed.
- Health care experience, including clinical trial management, HIPAA, and corporate / healthcare compliance.
- Highly organized and motivated, a self-starter, efficient, and highly professional individual.
- Goal-oriented, creative, team player with proven track record in project management from project start to finish.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a high standard for customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must have legal background.
