Through our integrated care model, we demonstrate significant improvements in health outcomes for patients and valuable cost savings to the health care industry, including Medicaid programs, as well as through the provision of care to the uninsured.

A summary of your activities includes:
- Providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients
- Providing education and instructions to patients/families
- Preparing equipment and instruments for sterilization
- Maintaining adequate stock of medications and placing orders
- Maintaining the comfort and safety needs of patients
- Explaining procedures and treatments to patients to foster cooperation and understanding
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current RN license in the State of Texas
- One year of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Current CPR for Healthcare Professional Certification
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, bilingual in Spanish preferred
COMPUTER EXPERIENCE - Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Electronic Medical Record experience; EPIC preferred
