Position Summary
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will be responsible for the management and support of ClearChoice’s evolving Marketing Cloud product. In addition to ensuring the continued success of Marketing Cloud, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will work closely with Marketing and IT resources to support projects which enable an evolving CRM strategy. This role will focus on delivering our Marketing team’s robust vision for customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Operate as the technical lead for the Marketing Cloud product
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud contacts
- Work with Product Owners to execute business critical email and text campaigns
- Support projects which enable ClearChoice’s evolving workflows in Marketing Cloud
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud product
- Partner with Analytics and Marketing teams to produce dashboards and KPIs
- Relay key issues to development and IT resources
- Install and configure managed packages
- Prioritize system enhancements in consultation with business users, IT, and executives
- Monitor data quality and overall system compliance
- Manage data quality exception reports and escalate issues
- Help to formulate roadmap for future system enhancements
- Provide testing and quality assurance for new campaigns

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or relevant work experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite and Google Suite effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Marketing Cloud Certification
- Experience working in the dental or medical industry
- SCRUM/ Agile experience
Salary: $75,000 – 85,000
