Looking for someone with some experience in an office type setting. This position will be working with a big account half the time and the other half will be doing administrative tasks/customer service around the office.
This position will including working one on one with the account to ensure all shipments are accurate, punctual, and the destination correct. Below is the job description they supplied me, but some of it does not line up with dealing with the big account, more the customer service side of the position. Also would like someone who is open to learning how to operate a forklift and get the certificate.
Work within a small team supporting our customers on a direct basis: over the counter, telephone and email.
Quote prices and provide availability of stocked items.
A CSR will also be responsible for but not limited to:
Generating invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
Pulling and packaging orders for shipment.
Candidates should have the ability to work independently and be multi task oriented while working as a productive team member to ensure customer satisfaction.
Successful candidates should possess:
High School Diploma, preferred candidates will possess an Associate’s degree (AA) or comparable work experience.
Two years customer service experience, preferably business to business
A positive attitude combined with a professional etiquette in all interactions with our customers.
Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Integrity, energy, motivation and enthusiasm
Proficient computer and math skills.
Team oriented characteristics
Ability to lift up to 30# packages
Forklift experience a plus, a willing attitude to learn is necessary
Should have strong references, available at interview
