Responsibilities

Hermitage Hall (a UHS company)is one of Middle Tennessee's largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for an Receptionist to join our team of dedicated professionals.  This role requires a full background check including fingerprint, drug screen, and employment verification.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs basic telephone techniques and etiquette; performs public relations and communication services; maintains great rapport with staff, residents, visitors and callers; thoroughly records and distributes messages; performs routine typing using Microsoft Word, and other software and performs general clerical activities in support of Hermitage Hall. An individual must be able to perform the duties in a positive work mode and serve as a positive role model and influence for youth and peers.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
