Job description

Responsibilities

Job Summary: Under the oversight of the Care Advocate Director, this individual will be accountable for the performance of all  Part D STARs measures (MAD, MAH, MAC, etc.) for the entire Medicare Advantage book of business, including the Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans, and other relevant lines of business. Will foster a culture of accountability, emphasizing people and performance management, coaching and development, and employee engagement. This individual will develop and execute strategic improvement initiatives and oversee all internal and external activities and processes for medication adherence STARs measures. This individual will oversee the outreach team’s medication adherence process and will provide effective leadership, training, tools, and reporting. This individual will supervise other staff as needed to achieve the above objectives. This individual will possess strong project management, data management, analytics, and leadership skills. This individual will also possess deep knowledge of the technical specifications published by the relevant regulatory agencies as well as market-specific dynamics related to the relevant measures.
