MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Associate Manager, Brand Lifecycleto join the Marketing Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Brand Manager, Digital Experiences-Mint. The role is hybrid. 

This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate Manager, Brand Lifecycle drives key business objectives and growth, supporting the customer experience across our web-based account management, mobile app and lifecycle communications including email, SMS, push, MMS and more. Serving as a steward of the brand, the Associate Manager will contribute to Mint Mobile’s continued success by assisting with the day-to-day management of brand activities to retain and delight customers and increase subscriber counts. Additionally, this role will support the entire lifecycle team with tactical communications and marketing initiatives to grow our brand. 

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

Planning and Execution 

• Leads day-to-day management of brand activities including marketing plan development, promotional support, execution, and program tracking, unearthing new opportunities for growth and performance tracking.
• Creates strategic creative briefs, collects and synthesizes feedback and works with our in-house creative agency to oversee the successful delivery of all assets for app, account management and lifecycle marketing initiatives. 
• Collaborates with key stakeholders in product, retention, development and support teams to identify key opportunities in logged in experiences, lifecycle and retention communications. 
• Supports marketing activities that will drive engagement and conversion across email, SMS, in-app, push and other channels such as UTM creation, email QA, creative request submissions and final file delivery.
• Project Manages lifecycle/retention and logged in experiences launches, optimizations and programs and tracks progress cross-functionally. 

Measurement & Optimization 

• Supports and delivers internal and cross-functional team reporting for logged in experiences and lifecycle activities.
• Analyzes campaign performance and shares key insights and learnings with the brand team and cross-functional partners.
• Tracks and updates key documentation.
• Unearths new opportunities for growth and presents to marketing leadership
• Applies consumer insights and understanding of marketplace dynamics to refine brand positioning.
• Showcases initiatives and deliverables with senior leadership and marketing teams

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2-3 years experience in product and/or brand management. 
• At least 1-2 years of Braze experience, creating, reporting and managing campaigns.
• At least1-2 years experience with direct-to-consumer, digitally native, and digitally exclusive brands is a big bonus. 
• At least 1-2 years experience working with project management in a cross-functional environment: planning, organizing, managing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. 
• At least 1-2 years of data analytics experience. 
• Proven analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving ability, combined with common sense and reasoning. 
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing process strategies to resolve problems. 
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work both independently or as part of a team and functions effectively with ambiguity. 
• Must be able to work in a matrix environment, able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others. 
• Strong knowledge of marketing vehicles and marketing fundamentals.
• Strong presentation skills.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $70,000 - $72,000.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.  The specific programs available will vary depending on state, start date, and employment type.
