Job description
We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- A consistent top performer in sales
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
