Client Overview: Our client is a sourcing and procurement service company who specialize in procuring maintenance (MRO) products for the EV battery industry, and they utilize their entire revenue to support and connect social enterprises.
Job Summary: As the HR Admin, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and providing support to the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks.
This is a primarily onsite work opportunity at their location in Gwinnett Place.
Job Responsibilities: - Conduct full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the company.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, both in person and virtually.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist the HR Manager in handling HR-related needs such as employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.
- Support the maintenance of HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both Korean and English languages (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related software/tools.
