Job description

As part of our Silicon Technologies group, you’ll help design and manufacture our next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processor, system-on-chip (SoC). You’ll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. Joining this group means you’ll be responsible for crafting and building the technology that fuels Apple’s devices. Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices. You and your team will apply engineering fundamentals and start from scratch if needed, bringing forward-thinking ideas to the real world. Join us, and you will help design products that bring to our customers experiences they’ve never before envisioned. In this highly visible role as part of the technology team, you will be at the center of SOC design effort interfacing with design teams and providing technology support, with a critical impact on getting functional products to millions of customers quickly.

Imagine yourself at the center of our design efforts, collaborating with design teams and providing technology support, with a critical impact on getting functional products to millions of customers quickly. - Review and analyze foundry DRM/DRC collateral for accuracy and completeness. - Define internal design rules and recommendations to design teams. - Work with design teams in optimizing for foundry processes for best performance, power and area. - Drive design methodology working with design teams, including DFM and DFY activities. - Engage parties in decision making and drive to timely closure and thorough follow-through

Education & Experience

A minimum requirement of a BS and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
