POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Project Manager for a 100% remote role. The Program Manager/ Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and enabling the team to achieve its goals.
• Facilitate the Agile development process.
• Ensure that the team is following Agile principles and practices.
• Manage the team’s backlog.
• Facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
• Remove any impediments that may be hindering the team’s progress.
• Monitor progress and performance and help teams to make improvements.
• Work with the team to ensure that the technical aspects of the project are being addressed.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Work with the team to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Reporting project status and customer learnings.
• Must have at least 2-4 year’s experience required.
• Must have a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• Must have a Scrum Master certification
• Must have minimum 4 years of recent experience with Program management.
• Must have minimum 3+ years of professional experience working with customers and partners and developers.
• Must have minimum 4 years product management experience and in depth understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have experience using Azure DevOps for project management.
• Should have deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Should have experience working with software engineering teams.
• Should have experience dealing with multiple projects and stakeholders with rapid iteration cycles.
• Should have strong technical background and experience with software development.
• Should have Familiarity with software development best practices and standards.

• A competitive pay range of $59/hr- $61/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
