Description
My client is seeking a Civil/Structural/Architectural Estimator to join our Corporate Preconstruction team. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience producing estimates for capital construction projects, with a strong focus on structural steel, concrete, and architectural items. Candidates must have the ability to develop conceptual estimates based on preliminary design packages. This position will work closely with owners, design teams, construction professionals, procurement, and subcontractors to produce estimates for Fortune 500 manufacturing clients across North America. Candidates must be proficient in identifying and evaluating subcontractors, producing lump sum estimates and bid packages on tight deadlines, and capital project scope development. This position requires proficiency with MS Office software; familiarity with Timberline is preferred. BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is desired.
Travel Required
Yes. Occasional travel to client sites as required.
