We are looking for a full-time line cook who will be responsible for food prep and execution and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing components of each dish using recipes
• Ensuring kitchen, food prep and food storage areas meet cleaning standards
• Executing menu items on a daily basis
• Preparing food for banquets and other events
• Monitor freshness and quality, discarding and replacing when necessary
• Proper labeling of prep items
• Clean as you go and proper use of sanitation

Qualifications:

• Experience as a line cook
• Ability to work eight or more hours on your feet
• Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
• Good verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
