Deere & Company is seeking a Staff Engineer, Product in Ankeny , IA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field plus 7 years related experience. Required skills: Experience in defining network communication strategy using CAN, Ethernet and LIN protocols for off highway machines (6 yrs); Lead software architecture development for a Scaled Agile Software organization by applying systems engineering design and principles (6 yrs); Experience working in Agile software development life cycle for new product development or upgrading existing products (5 yrs); Working with technical leads on software to complete software design and delivery (5 yrs); Experience working with software teams to convert high level system specifications into software requirements (6 yrs). Up to 25% remote work allowed. Must live within normal commuting distance of the worksite. Up to 15% domestic and international travel required.
