Job Salary: 110k-135k + Benefits

Based in Bakersfield, CA, we are a leading Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor in the Electrical Industry for the San Joaquin Valley. We provide industrial electrical work, overhead transmission line construction, instrumentation, controls, and demand services.
We're seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator with 7+ years of experience to join our team! Must have a background in estimating Commercial and/or Industrial electrical general contracting projects, Public Works is a plus! Must have knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, construction methods, proficiency in estimating software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred!
Must be local to Bakersfield, CA or willing to relocate. (relocation provided)If you are a Senior Electrical Estimator with experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing project documents and specifications.
- Preparing accurate estimates, managing project schedules and budgets, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
- Responsible for providing technical and leadership support to the estimating team.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
1.) 7+ years experience as an Electrical Estimator
2.) Background in estimating Commercial and/or Industrial electrical general contracting projects
2.) Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems as well as construction methods
3.) Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice To Have Skills: 1.) Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred
2.) Public Works electrical estimating experience
