BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:

AIS and the OEM business unit is dedicated to developing real production fastener solutions for our customers by supporting them with custom engineering, valuable product insight, and a global portfolio of suppliers. The Director of Sourcing drives operational excellence in supply chain capabilities by managing, coordinating and implementing activities related to strategic and tactical sourcing. The position will lead a multi-location group of sourcing associates in all new product sourcing and cost saving activities.

This position is responsible for a broad span of responsibility that involves every activity involved in the products and services of the company. The role supports core operations and is a key contributor to the strategic goals of the organization. The position requires a polished professional that can create, give, support and drive processes and projects, initiatives, and goals forward.
