Responsibilities:

Lead a dynamic team of blockchain core experts.
Develop innovative offerings that capitalize on the profit validator's gain.
Create solutions tailored for searchers within the DeFi ecosystem.
Contribute to the code base of our services, ensuring excellence in execution.
Integrate our core systems seamlessly with various blockchains, including Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, and other upcoming blockchains on our roadmap.
Engage in special data analysis projects to enhance our platform.

Requirements:

Over 2 years of experience in effectively managing senior software engineers who are experts in their respective fields.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems.
More than 3 years of experience in the broader field of blockchain technology.
Over 2 years of expertise in Blockchain MEV (Miner Extractable Value).
Proficiency in Go language.
Demonstrated creativity, independence, a can-do attitude, a sense of ownership, and strong team collaboration skills.
Ability to read and modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, and more).
