Southwire Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the reliability and performance of the Rod Mill and Compounding facilities.
Conduct thorough assessments of equipment, machinery, and systems to identify reliability risks and potential maintenance needs.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to investigate equipment failures, production interruptions, and inefficiencies, identifying root causes.
Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies using data analysis and advanced monitoring techniques.
Apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies to assess and mitigate risks in equipment and processes.
Lead and support reliability improvement projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective execution.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, driving continuous improvement efforts.
Communicate technical insights, reliability recommendations, and project updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of reliability assessments, improvement projects, and outcomes.
Contribute to the growth of the reliability engineering discipline through training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.
Required Experience
1 to 3 years of operations experience (required)
Rod Mill or Compounding experience (preferred)
