What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee CM projects for the general contractor
- Provide full job scope of Superintendent during food & beverage construction projects
- Understand and implement design drawings
- Attend pre-construction, progress, and project meetings
- Maintain project safety, cleanliness, and appearance at all times
- Implement and monitor safety procedures following OSHA guidelines

What You Need for this Position

A related bachelor's degree is preferred and at Least 3 Years of construction experience/knowledge of:

- Experience working for a general contractor, Design-build, or Engineering firm
- Commercial, Medical, and Industrial projects are a plus
- Scheduling and job site safety per OSHA protocols
- Help coordinate and manage subcontractor progress
- Understanding/Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction software
