Job description
Analytica is seeking a Change Manager to support federal government client engagements in the Washington DC metro area. The ideal will collaborate with various departments, from IT to business units, to ensure that changes meet technical requirements and advance business goals. The Change Manager will be instrumental in leading change, marrying agility with risk management to drive the various groups forward.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop, implement, and manage change management processes
- Perform effective management of the standards and configurations of each configuration item (CI).
- Ensure each CI within the environment is secure, centrally reviewed, managed,
- Evaluate and facilitate approval of all changes within functional area of responsibility to determine impact on systems and customers, and mission.
- Lead process support and serves as a technical resource in complex process development, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scaling up initiatives
- Lead the creation of baseline process maps, identifies inefficiencies, and re-designs and re-imagines the process to deliver superior customer experiences
- Lead groups to review and make informed decisions on change requests, playing a crucial role in the decision-making process.
- Keep a detailed record of changes, their impacts, and outcomes is an essential aspect of transparency and accountability in change management.
- Develop SOPs and provide regular or refresher training as process improvements/changes are implemented
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field, providing a foundational understand of business and technology
- 5+ years experience in IT service management, project management, or closely related areas
- 5+ years of experience with designing and executing organizational change management plans.
- 3+ years of experience in an IT environment and familiarity with the application of commonly accepted concepts and practices specific to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and SDLC management to include, but not limited to, ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
- Competency in identifying, assessing, and implementing risk mitigation strategies for changes affecting IT infrastructure and business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearance
Preferred Certifications: - ITIL certification
- Project management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
