Responsibilities for Admin Specialist Bryan TX:
- Leadership and Coordination: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure technicians stay on task and adhere to schedules.
- Pricing Structure: Learn and master the pricing structure related to glass installation and cutting processes.
- Work Orders: Create and manage work orders to facilitate efficient project execution.
- General Office Tasks: Handle various office responsibilities, including answering phone calls, and managing accounts payable and receivables.
- Hands-On Learning: Be open to learning hands-on work, especially in cases where technicians are unavailable, ensuring seamless assistance when needed.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Experience: Prior experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred, showcasing proficiency in financial management.
- Procor Project Management System: Familiarity with the Procor project management system is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of streamlined project coordination.
- Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and solve challenges efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and contractors.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology for various tasks and maintaining tech-related records.
- One-Hour Lunch: Enjoy a one-hour lunch break during the workday for relaxation and rejuvenation.
- Strict No Cell Phone Policy: Adherence to a strict no-cell phone policy during working hours ensures focus and dedication to tasks.
