WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Sales & Marketing Department, the Sales Coordinator will play a critical and active role in day-to-day sales operations. You will support the sales team, coordinate sales activities, conduct competitor research, assist in qualifying inbound leads as well as build and maintain strong customer, prospective customer, and partner relationships. You will play a fundamental supporting role in tracking and achieving established sales KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, preferably in the high end, luxury or business market.
Other E ssential Duties Include:
- Be the first point of contact for inbound sales calls
- Maintain supplies of sales enablement materials and prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
- Schedule and coordinate demonstration flights and oversee sales-related flight schedule
- Facilitate seamless, positive experiences for factory tour visitors, including hotel/car reservations and catered meals
- Own project management for sales initiatives when requested by sales leadership
- Assist in maintaining integrity of our customer and prospective customer database
- Occasional travel to provide administrative support for airshows and major events as needed
- Work with Delivery Manager to track, monitor, follow up, and communicate aircraft delivery progress
- Maintain communication with customers before and after training events
- Escalate customer issues as appropriate to promote an amazing customer experience
- Complete all necessary contracts, paperwork and documentation as required
- Collaborate with team members from other departments including Finance, Flight Operations, and Delivery
- Act as a brand ambassador, assisting Marketing, Flight Operations, Customer Delivery, and Customer Support to foster a positive customer experience
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- PC literate with high-level skills in Windows and Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite and HubSpot is a plus
- Able to communicate effectively with all types of people with diplomacy and charm
- Deadline and schedule-oriented, yet able to flex with dynamically changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to be poised, positive, and effective during high-pressure situations
- Ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans
- Highest degree of ethics, professional conduct, and discretion
- Motivated, high-energy individual
- Aviation background is preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
