Selling Prugent’s services and manufacturing assets;
Understand Prugent’s strengths and weaknesses, feedback to the management team for actions and implementations of commercial support;
Being able to understand the clients target price;
Being able to survey the competition positioning in terms of prices and services;
Become an advocate of the green concept, CSR and eco-design as strong selling points.
Become part of the Diam Group and global strategies to be the #1 retail brands partner.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree and above;
Advanced English communication, written and spoken;
Experienced in the Retail Fit-out industry as a Project Manager or Key Account Manager;
At ease in a commercial environment, patient with a listening capacity and energetic with solutions;
A real passion for the brands and the retail industry. 1.Be the key point of contact for all China Mainland accounts;
Contact existing clients to evaluate and create opportunities;
Keep a conversation flow with key stakeholders in order to foresee needs and industry evolutions;
Take part into forums, meet ups and gatherings within the industry and be the visible Prugent representative across town;
Report to Sales Director / Managing Director with monthly reports:

New Business Ventures
Contact prospects / meet prospects to evaluate and create opportunities based on information gathered during introductions and meetings, in order to turn prospects into effective clients;
Nurture new clients with close contacts and follow-ups;
Focus on China Mainland new accounts and drive a strong effort for Prugent to become a strong and recurring go-to supplier for Retail Fit-Out and General Contractor contracts.
