Job description

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Utah based operating company, Executech. This individual will head up all HR functions across the 300 person organization.

Your work as an HR Manager will includes several components:

• Handle all aspects of Human Resources including talent management, talent acquisition and employee relations

• Support the development of employees through training initiatives and career development plans.

• Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits enrollment.

• Stay informed about market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.

• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to allow leadership to make data driven decisions

Our ideal HR Manager has the following qualifications:

• Several years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist roles

• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
