Senior Inventory / Materials Manager

Job Description
This Senior Inventory/Materials Manager position will play a key role in managing our global inventory locations and 3PL’s where we house all hardware and system accessories.  More specifically, this person will own all aspects of inventory and materials management including the ability to identify any operational challenges that affect inventory integrity.  This includes coordinating with your operations team members and the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory count procedures and disciplines.  This also includes shipping and receiving material on time and as planned, managing and dispositioning E&O, and ensuring that our warehouses and our 3PL’s are complying with cleanliness and safety protocol’s. 

Additional activities will include the creation and management of KPI’s and other metrics which will need to be reported on a regular basis.  This individual will need to work cross-functionally outside of the operations team and will need to manage changes in priorities and execute plans in a high-tech, highly energized, team-oriented environment. 

Job Function Qualifications
Experience:
8 to 10 years or more in a similar position and industry experience.
Education:
BA/BS Required or relevant past experience.  Concentration in Manufacturing Operations / Inventory Management disciplines is preferred.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,000  - $227,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
