Administrative Assistant

 

A strong and stable Private Equity firm located in Clayton is looking for a new Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant.  Their focus is helping companies grow through investment and strategic assistance.

 

As the AA, you'll work hand-in-hand with the office manager in supporting the executive team.  You'll manage calendars, handle travel arraignments, and correspondence among other responsibilities.  Everyone has an entrepreneurial spirit and jumps in wherever is needed.

You will need to be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office products, creative, can work with deadlines, and extremely trustworthy.

This will be an in-office position with business casual attire.
