Director, Product Payments–NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Lead the creation, improvement and growth of world-class digital experiences; define and execute the product vision and strategy, lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, and help identify market opportunities; define and execute a detailed roadmap and product priorities based on a solid understanding of consumer needs, insights and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis; encourage and drive the vision and strategy for the future of Nike payments, while sparking interest in consumer products; provide the right payment options for customers and remove friction throughout the customer's journey and experience; prioritize resources appropriately to achieve business goals; partner with executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and ensure successful business outcomes; set the strategic direction for our largest consumer products while developing a product roadmap focusing on digital and retail payments in partnership with other Nike business stakeholders; create and champion a data-driven and market-informed product vision and strategy that works in concert with the greater Nike strategy; identify the strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives; develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs; and develop and measure product KPIs, derive key insights, and devise and execute experiments and multivariate tests to find product solutions. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Global Payments, Finance, Product Management, Software Development/Integrations, User Experience, or Analytics & Reporting and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a business-related occupation.
Experience must include the following:Global Payments;
Payments benchmarking;
Data Analytics;
RFI, RFP, and contract negotiations;
Product management;
Fraud prevention tools;
Sales audit & reconciliation tools;
UX design; and
Global finance.
