Job description
An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their dynamic healthcare team.

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care to ortho, neuro, and general medical patients amongst a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include performing physical evaluations, obtaining accurate and complete medical histories, developing treatment plans, administer therapies, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physician and nursing teams.
