Requirements and Responsibilities:
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:
- Has the ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Demonstrates reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills
- Can work in environment that may be hot, cold, and noisy
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
Applicants must be able to:
- Must be 18 or older to work in our Kitchen due to safety regulations. All applicants under the age of 18 will be automatically rejected
- Must be eager to work in a fast paced environment and dependable with a service mindset.
- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
- Enjoy working closely with a team towards a common goal.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
- Consistent sense of urgency and works at an efficient, yet thorough pace
