We are looking for a customer-obsessed, commercially-minded professional to join our growing Customer Success team. As an Associate Account Manager , you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing revenue base with many of the world's most exciting global brands. You'll have a dedicated book of business among our mid-market accounts, and it will be up to you to own the commercial partnership between Botify and those customers. This is a position based in either New York City, Seattle or Chicago. For employees in New York, we require 2 to 3 office days per week in the WTC area. We value flexibility and are open to discussions tailored to specific job.

$72k base + $22k commission.
