At Watts Dental, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Dental Administrator to join our dynamic team in St. Petersburg, FL. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional patient service.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You will work a schedule of Mondays, 8:30 am - 6 pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7:00 am - 4 pm; and Fridays, 7:00 am - 1pm, with a 1 hour lunch Monday - Thursday .
As a Dental Administrator, you will have the exciting opportunity to go above and beyond in providing exceptional financial and insurance assistance to our valued patients. Your role will involve explaining treatment costs, discussing insurance coverage, and helping patients understand their financial responsibilities. In addition, you will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing 5-star service to our patients. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
