We are currently seeking an  OCM Lead for our client in t he Public Sector industry transforming from an in-house base-centric delivery model to an enterprise-servicer model.  This position is through October 2024 or longer and requires a passionate self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions, thrive working in both independently and in a team environment, as well as the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task.

This role is hybrid with both remote and onsite work three days a week in Chantilly, VA.  The base rate r ange for this position is typically $80/hr to $90/hr with additional benefits available. However, c ompensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and  we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute discovery for a large-scale device migration engagement.
• Change Communications strategy, creation, distribution, and impact measurement to create appropriate levels of awareness for all audiences at the right time throughout project execution.
• Education content, delivery capability and delivery strategy development to drive competence and confidence in system users and their management teams.
• C reate deliverables (readiness assessments, management toolkits, audience analysis, executive level Communication).
• Design and transition to new organizational systems that best enable use of new information technology new work processes, and new ways of thinking about executing new work processes.
• Strong facilitation skills working with all levels of client organizations.
• Strong collaboration skills working with client, competitor, and complimenting consultant teams.
• Working knowledge of at least one large scale integrated application system.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Security Clearance.
• General OCM skills.
• 15 years OCM project experience.
• More than three large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Ability to travel to Chantilly, VA three days a week
