The Corporate Sales and Premium Seating Manager is to manage, supervise and coordinate the activities and operations of corporate sales and premium seating for the venue; and to provide highly responsible staff assistance to higher-level management staff.  The basic function of this position includes sales, development for premium seating and corporate sponsorships while maintaining high levels of customer service as well as collaborating with other departments on sight and the Global Partnerships team to develop new strategic ways to generate and grow revenue to reach sales goals.

This role will pay a salary of $55,000 to $60,000.

Blue Arena is a 7,200 seat multi-purpose arena that sits on The Ranch Events Complex and is host to a variety of events. From rodeos, to concerts, to Disney on Ice, the multi-purpose arena has the ability to exceed all expectations and provide an unforgettable experience.  The Colorado Eagles of the AHL have called the Blue Arena home since 2003.

The Ranch Events Complex is a 244-acre site located in Loveland, CO. It is placed strategically at the hub of the tri-city area.  The facility is designed on a circular plot, standing at the center a person is never more than 300 yards from any one space. The view from the facility is unparalleled with a panorama of the Rocky Mountains, notably, Longs Peak. Arena Circle, the perimeter road gives easy access to the back of each building for easy load-in/load-out. The facility has a total of over 2,500 paved or gravel parking spaces.

• Develop and maintain growing Corporate business for all events
• Maintain a detailed customer database of all clients and prospects
• Responsible for prospecting, selling, cultivating, and maintaining Club Seats, Suites and Corporate Sponsorship sales for the complex
• Responsible for client outreach, developing and creating of sales presentations and collateral materials for cash and value in-kind partnerships
• Responsible for servicing and fulfillment of Club Seats and Suites for all events (Includes but not limited to processing and mailing tickets, contracts, assist in updating and sending collateral, and follow-up of meetings.
• Responsible for cultivating and building good working relationships with different personnel and departments within the facility (marketing, operations, accounting, box office, tenant team personnel, etc.) to ensure proper execution of Partnership agreements
• Assist in the identification of the applicable inventory in the Blue Arena and The Ranch 
• Responsible for achieving appropriate sales goals as determined by management
• Adhere to established reporting procedures for all sales activity
• Work with the facilities staff to communicate sales activity, finalize sales, contract fulfillment and account servicing
• Responsible for working with outside agencies/vendors as needed
• Responsible for creating year end recaps for corporate partners
• Responsible for communicating to client and prospects through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gathering, etc.
• Assist Director of Global Partnerships in all sales strategies on the corporate level
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales related collateral materials as they pertain to the corporate campaign
• Manage corporate ticket inventory with box office and premium seating department
• Work and perform assigned event night responsibilities 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. 
• Minimum 3-5 years sales experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
• Ability to travel as required. 
• Ability to work beyond normal business hours as required, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and select holidays.
• Industry experience preferred. 
• Corporate/sponsorship sales experience preferred.
