The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Creative and Content team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating, tracking, and advancing various creative projects, ranging from industry trade shows to marketing collaterals. If you're someone who enjoys multitasking, collaborating with others, and diving into exciting challenges, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate incoming creative requests and liaise with stakeholders for detailed requirements.
Coordinate small to medium-sized creative projects, including digital graphics and event materials.
Assist in managing large cross-functional projects by engaging with marketing team members and coordinating with external vendors.
Utilize Asana to track project progress, provide regular status updates, and maintain organized project files in Sharepoint.
Schedule and facilitate cross-functional team check-in meetings to ensure project alignment and progress.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to organization and planning.
Detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to ask clarifying questions.
Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Mac applications.
Remote position with a preference for the Pacific time zone.
Experience in marketing, creative, or event management is a plus.
