Pulse Clinical Alliance is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Rockford, IL.

Job Details:

• Full-time position
• Pay Rate: $70/hr - $145,000+ a year
• Shift:  Days - 40hrs/week - 8 am - 5 pm - Monday-Friday
• Experience: 2 years preferred - New grads are welcome
• Full 401K LTD and Life Insurance

Requirements:

• IL NP license 
• APN Controlled Substance or ADA-preferred 

Description:

Nurse practitioners (NPs) provide advanced primary and specialty nursing services. Duties include patient health assessment, creating strategies to improve or manage a patient's health, and introducing habits for health promotion.

• Performing physical exams and patient observations.
• Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
• Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
• Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
• Monitoring and operating medical equipment.
