Responsibilities:

• Execute various AR/AP, GL, and bookkeeping tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Assist in managing the month-end close process and filing sales tax, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, with proficiency in Sage 100 software.
• Demonstrated expertise in full cycle accounting/bookkeeping procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and other functions.
• Prior experience in tangible products and E-commerce environments is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is considered a valuable asset.
